   There are serious problems of energy consumption among China’s aluminumrnindustry. To have a knowledge of the trend of comprehensive energy consumption ofrnaluminum industry, we analyzed the data of comprehensive energy consumption ofrnaluminum industry in China 2004-2013 in this paper based on the grey model GM (1,1) .Thernresult shows that the prediction accuracy class is A(excellent) by using the grey model forrnthe comprehensive energy consumption of aluminum .The forecast results are reliable, andrncan reflect the actual situation and the trend of the comprehensive energy consumption ofrnaluminum in China.

   Indian agriculture needed production and protection materials to achieve highrnproductivity. Agriculture fertilizer and chemical frequently needed to kill insects and growthrnof crops. The WHO (World Health Organization) estimates there are more than 1 millionrnpesticide cases in every year. In that more than one lakh deaths in each year, especially inrndeveloping countries due to the pesticides sprayed by human being. The pesticide affectsrnthe nervous system of humans and also leads to disorders in body. A remote controlledrnUAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is used to spray the Pesticide as well as fertilizer to avoidrnthe humans from pesticide poison. The UAV is operated by manual flight plans and thernSprayer is manually triggered by RF controlled Nozzle. The vertical take-off and landingrnquadcopter is used to spray the low volume pesticide in a small area. This project describesrnthe development of quadcopter UAV and the sprayer module. And also discusses thernintegration of sprayer module to quadcopter system. This model is used to spray thernpesticide content to the areas that can’t easily accessible by humans. The Universal Sprayerrnsystem is used to spray the liquid as well as solid contents which are done by the universalrnnozzle.Multispectral camera is used to capture the remote sensing images which are usedrnto identify the green fields as well as the edges of crop area. Total payload liftoff weight ofrnquadcopter is 8 kg. Remote sensing images are analyzed by QGIS software.

   Demand for plastics increases which increases the requirements for joining ofrnthermoplastics with the metal inserts. These metal inserts are made of Brass in formrnstraight and helical gear profiles. Ultrasonic welding is one of the most preferred processes.rnThermoplastics are joined with metal inserts through ultrasonic insertion process.rnAcrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) a thermoplastic material is chosen for the work. Asrnheating is confined to the interface area, quality of weld mainly depends on temperature atrnthe interface. So temperature distribution during welding is studied to predict the quality ofrnweld between the metal and the plastic. Visco-elastic heating is most critical to ultrasonicrnwelding of thermoplastics because it is the main mechanism by which heat is developed atrnthe interface. Heat developed due to visco-elastic heating depends on applied frequency,rnamplitude, design and material of horn which we use. For the experimental purpose we usernthree parameters like inserting time, holding time, pressure to perform ultrasonic insertionrnprocess. We performed modal and harmonic analysis for brass and stainless steel hornsrnand we experimentally performed ultrasonic insertion process. We analyzed the influence ofrntwo horn materials in forming an effective joint between the thermoplastic and brass insertrnthen we analyzed the thermal images of inserted parts to study the thermal distribution andrnwe also performed tensile testing to determine the ultimate tensile load and breaking load ofrnthe inserted part.
